"The hotel was modern and clean. Beds comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection for a continental breakfast. There were a couple of bars nearby. It was a little walk into the main town you could take a short cut climbing a good number of stairs. The Melqart Hotel is a lovely place to stay it would be even better if there was some outdoor space or a little bar area. "

"The place was nice enough, but not special in any way. Service was on the slow side and the owner appeared to cut a few corners, it was always hard to find where the electrical was turned on. But, it was a pretty place. Dinner was overpriced."

The room was spotless and beautiful with an amazing view of the city and see. There were also two lovely roof terraces to relax. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend this b&b to other travelers and would definitely stay here again. "
