We didn’t get the door access code prior to our arrival as indicated. I don’t know if this was because we booked through Expedia. "Best location! So close to the places we wanted to visit. Downside - need to pay local taxes by cash at the office or bank transfer. Our flight was delayed so we had to hurry to make it in time to the office as they’re closed on the weekends. When we booked, we were looking for a place with an elevator and it wasn’t working at the time of our stay. Thankfully, we were only on the first floor. Overall, it was comfy for two nights in Porto and we loved the convenience of its location. "
