"Overall, the property was very well kept. It’s clean and beds were comfortable. The only downside was they did not have shampoo and soap in the shower. "We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "

"This was our first family outing outside of Vienna and they were extremely friendly, the location has spectacular views and hiking and walking trails. The natural pool was a nice blend with the surroundings. The available bikes, ping pong, tennis, horseback riding is a lot more than an 11 yr old boy can dream of. Highly recommended."

The room was very clean and upgraded room was very large. Do not miss breakfast at this place, it was one of the best we had in 18 days of traveling the area. "

"This is an amazing place, it's a family run operation and gives you a great idea of an Austrian/Styria mountain experience. Everything in the rooms are brand new/completely remodeled. Dinner is first class traditional Austrian food. There's a ski lift next door. My husband and I plan on returning with our entire family!"
