"We has a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was super easy to get to, and the metro station was right across the street. "My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while visiting Vienna's Christmas Market. We had a nice room with a comfortable queen bed and a nice shower. At first I was not sure how close to all the actions this hotel would be but it worked out very well. Within 15 minutes walking of the Innere Stadt. We did not use the breakfast option. Front desk was VERY helpful with following up on our missing luggage, bus ticket, etc. I recommend this hotel."
