We were traveling from city to city by bikes and they had hotel storage for our bikes. They were not able to do early check in but they had luggage storage which allowed us to walk around town freely. We will definitely stay again!"

The breakfast was good, but improvements could be made; a better selection of cooked food should be considered. The biggest disappointment however, was the fact that for a €110 room, there were no tea and coffee making facilities. "A very friendly and well kept hotel with a fantastic kitchen and some lovely wines, as you might expect from a hotel in the Mosel. We dined in on 2 nights out of three and had very well prepared local food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. My only minor criticism is that their ability to deal with credit and debit cards was iffy. That said, we were able to settle our bill without having to resort to cash. "

"The hotel is well located but parking was an issue. The room was fantastic with everything we needed. Staff were excellent and breakfast very good. Only issue was the ringing of the church bells for 2 minutes at 7am each morning."

"We had very good rest and enjoyed the one night stay. Two storey apartment with two bathrooms fits very well for our family. Very comfortable. However you will need a car to reach the hotel. Price is not very cheap, but we redeemed a bonus night from hotels.com. Overall was very good. "
