"One night stop over on a whistle-stop tour around Sardinia for seven days. Lovely, well kept, tranquil hotel in a very quiet spot in the village. Marc the host speaks perfect English and was more than willing to give information and guidance on the local and surrounding area, would recommend this hotel. Cheers Marc. "

"Cet hôtel a été choisi pour sa piscine. 4 jours avant l'arrivée, l'hôtel envoie un mail pour signaler que la piscine est hors-service. L'hôtel a été contacté pour confirmation et n'a pas répondu. Il a fallu l'intervention d'Hotels.com pour apprendre que la piscine serait ouverte. Après la réservation d'une chambre double, nous découvrons 2 lits simples (dans l'hôtellerie ça s'appelle "chambre twin"). Le wifi n'a pas fonctionné du séjour. Le soir, en nous présentant pour l'apéro, on apprend...

"Accueil horrible. Déclassé dans une chambre à 10 minutes de l’hôtel avec un bébé de 2 ans. Chambre horrible, non aéré, clim en panne que l’hôtelier n’a pas souhaité réparer alors qu’il faisait 30 degrés dans la chambre ... Séjour horrible je vous déconseille fortement cet hôtel! "

"The whole place seemed to be run by one person, a lady who could not speak a word of English. She was nice and all smiles, but ran the hotel rather unprofessionally. She was not to be found in the original reception, but had set up some sort of reception in the restaurant so she could cover the restaurant as well. At checkout, we had to show her a printout of our booking to get the quoted price. Many things were broken in our room. The refrigerator, the shower head mount, the soap dispenser....
