"The food was excellent but do not recommend staying at the hotel. The showers and bathroom mirrors are only adequate for people under 4ft tall. The rooms need remodeling bad to accommodate people. Also, they are serious about locking you in the hotel and parking area at night which caused an issue during our stay of someone setting off alarms and honking in the middle of the night when arriving late."

"A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. "Beautiful old house with lovely large rooms and a large walled parking area. Excellent onsite small restaurant so book in advance. Owner has a beautiful wine selection as well. Too cold to use the pool but we loved walking along the river that runs in front of the house. Very close to good champagne houses and an 20 minute drive to larger walking villages and beautiful dining options. The owners/managers were very kind and helpful for touring suggestions. "
