Bill is incredibly knowledgeable about the pazo’s history both of the family that owned it and general history of the area. But at breakfast Miguel reprimanded us twice for ordering coffees only for two of us and breakfast for our son although we received approval from the owner. "A lovely hotel in a stunning setting, staff were friendly and helpful & done us a nice meal. Just one small gripe - when I booked on Expedia it gave me the option to have twin beds. However, when we arrived we were informed that the hotel have no twin rooms, only doubles."

"Dormir en un castillo siempre tiene sus peculiaridades, a pesar de que, como en este caso, se haya hecho una buena reconstrucción y se haya adaptado para dar servicios de restaurante y alojamiento mas que dignos. Nos dieron una pequeña suite irregular, aprovechando las estancias del castillo, que tenia a modo de terraza, un pasillo de piedra con las almenas originales a dos vistas preciosas del entorno.
