"Liked everything other than the following : 1) toilet seat was moving and did not get foxed 2) door knobs and hinges were dangerously sharp, got thread pulled from my saro while going through the front door. "

"We just stayed there for a night and I must say that it was a pleasant experience indeed. All the staffs were very courteous and friendly and tried their best to serve us. The location of the property is excellent, being just a stone's throw from Prantik Railway Station.Food at the restaurant was also nice. Maintenance of the property could be improved a bit and that's all I would suggest for them."

"Terrible experience of staying from 26-29 December 2020. Staff was courteous but hotel facilities and room conditions including cleanliness was totally unacceptable. Hotel management should seriously review and take proper actions to amend the sorry state of the property specially when room charges are extremely high. "
