"Overall is acceptable but the most terrible is our room key was left at the desk of the check in counter unattended when we returned to hotel at 11PM. There was supposed a staff on duty but not there."

At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby.
