"This “hotel” had an 8pm check-in time which left us waiting in the street below with our luggage for hours. It was exhausting and inconvenient and ruined our one night stay to Merida. I wish I had been better informed so I could have chosen another hotel. "

"Wonderful place. Very clean, beautifully decorated, every amenity you may need, and fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are wonderful people. They even brought fresh homemade muffins and groceries for our breakfast!"

"Our room was excellent, plenty of space and a private balcony. Spotlessly clean, superb jet shower, very impressed. The outlook is across the valley to Medellin Castle - beautiful. Unfortunately we stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed. The town is only a short drive, though it was a bit too far, and steep, to walk. Breakfast was excellent and made us a bit sad that we hadn't been able to have an evening meal. Probably a bit isolated if not travelling but if driving would definitely...

"Difficult to find, narrow steep streets, lots of stairs. The shower wasn’t warm and our host had left so couldn’t get it sorted. On the positive side breakfast was very good ."

"Un sitio idílico para pasar en pareja. La cama comodisima al igual q las almohadas( algo fundamental para descansar). Estaba todo muy cuidado y Luis fue muy amable temiéndonos algo para desayunar. Sin duda repetiré y lo aconsejaré como destino para descansar. "

"A greater space and location for a visit of the sites’ all within a few minutes walk.. The host is super friendly. The only negative is the fact that the neighbors are extremely noisy. Luckily, they calm down by bed time. But that is part of life in Spain, so it is a minor complaint."
