"Yolanda was super friendly and helpful, we spoke French which was easier for her to understand, but her English was much better than our Spanish, LOL. So, our Franglais was a good compromise. She gave us a map of Figueres and offered us tips on where it is safer to walk, and where it was safer to take a taxi (average 12€ - 15€) to all locations around town. It cost around 14€ to go from the train station to Ibis Styles Ronda. Overall, the check-in experience was very helpful and professionally...

"Excellent stop off hotel for the Spanish / French border crossing, access from the motorway takes seconds, shops around the area are duty free, so stocking up on cigarettes or booze is easy, hotel itself is spotless, excellent staff, good breakfast, would have no hesitation in returning, actually started & ended our Euro trip with a night here. "The facility is beautiful, make no mistake. There is construction on the ocean view side of the suites, which is a negative. The real problem is day of arrival. You have to navigate up a windy driveway, and pass through a closed gate. The disconnect here is that there is no signage OUTSIDE the gate with instructions on how to gain access (the instructions are on the INSIDE of the gate, which is of no use to the person coming for the first time).
