I deeply enjoyed rambling down the farm access roads and discovered an amazing bonus in the restaurant next door: weekday lunch deal for less than $15 -- including a bottle of their own vineyard's wine! My only issue was with public transit -- the buses in the area are more aspirational than predictable and taxi drivers don't like taking...

Also the food and of course the wine is excellent. It's the best experience I've ever had staying with someone else. Highly recommend! Only detail are the mosquito's, pack some deet!"

"This was a great place to stay and get a feel for local life. It's a ways out of the tourist areas and main city. Getting to and from sights in Barcelona (like Sagrada Familia or Casa Batlló) is a bit of a hassle on public transit. I definitely wouldn't recommend this if you get lost easily. It's about a 20 minute walk to the metro station and an hour of travel time on the metro to get to downtown Barcelona. But like I said, we loved the quieter environment and the chance to see things from...
