"The room and all spaces I passed by were very clean. I liked the idea of not wasting water and not changing towels so often. The spa was amazing. It was a very relaxing stay. "There is NO live person at the front desk. There is NO place to store your luggage. When you check in, they sent you a text with activation code for the door at 3pm and when you check out your access is discontinue at 11am. What we suppose to do with the luggage???
