"room has some smell but breakfast and staff nice and kind. hotel location is quite good but not safe. my husband was attacked and wrapped up by 2 guys while smoking in front of the hotel and stolen his wallet with money. they ran away. we reported this to the hotel front desk and they asked us to report it to police and they have no camera. but we had no time to do it as we had to fly in next day 6am. always watch out!! "

"Lovely hotel in a perfect location to walk and explore many areas, plus easy access to metro. Our room had a beautiful terrace to enjoy as well. While not a problem for us, important to note the elevator between reception and first floor is broken so you must be able to walk up one flight of stairs to access elevator to rest of hotel. "

"The hotel was easy to access and close to a grocery store and just a fee minutes walking from dining options. Close to all the action or very accessible for taxi's and Uber. "

"We had an issue with our bathroom drain but the receptionist dealt within right away! He had it fixed as soon as they found out and they were very helpful. Their staff went above and beyond with the service they provide their guest. Will definitely recommend this place. "

"Highly recommend. It is what it is and it’s a perfect transition hotel. I would stay here again. If you’re making early morning connection at BCN it’s ideal. Very clean. Great staff. Only drawback is no bar/restaurant (but a quick walk to Sheraton solves that) and towels are a bit rough. "
