"They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "

The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. "Great apartment placed a bit up the mountain, but only a short walk from the city. Only downside was very tight parking spaces. Close to impossible to park if all apartments are booked."
