"It's a newer hotel and always refreshing to return to a clean room where bedding and towels are replaced daily, supplies ie tissue and shampoo are topped up and also 2 bottles of free water, coffee, and cider is provided daily-that is a lovely bonus. We extended our stay another two weeks because of how lovely it is here. Far from city center-1 hour away but train is two streets away. Plenty of restaurants close by and shopping mall next door. "Good space in the rooms, very clean and tidy, staff was very helpful and kind. Food was very good, and would love to come back. "

"Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"The surrounding nature is very beautiful, The room is old, and the cleaning is very bad. The outdoor area has a good environment, the swimming pool is nice, but you have to pay a price. Everything must be paid for with an assessment, such as children's water toys."

"They didn't give towels. The bathroom door couldn't close. They didn't give blankets. The automatic light woke everyone up at night."

"Good location. Very close to the train station. So many restaurants and street food in the area. Washer and dryer in the unit but no detergent. Studio kitchen with all the basics supplied including a microwave, fridge and stove. It’s a non smoking room but I noticed faint cigarette smell. I have asthma and I’m sensitive to these things. Bring an adapter to charge your devices. Reception lends them to guests, too."

"숙소 위치나 많이 걷는 등의 내용은 이미 알고있었기에 전혀 불편하지 않았습니다. 정원동 배정 메시지를 보고 숲속동으로 변경요청을 했을때도 매우 친절하게 처리해주셨습니다. 다만 방 자체가 외풍이 심하고 보일러를 가장 높게 설정했음에도 밤새 안쪽까지는 바닥이 데워지지 않아 추운 상태에서 전혀 휴식이되는 수면을 취할 수 없었습니다. 힐링을 하러깄던건데 잠을 편하게 자지 못해 만족감이 높진 않네요. 그 외 시설이나 산책로는 깨끗하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었고 식사도 좋았습니다. 계절 때문이라해도 난방은 기본적인 문제일텐데 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 지인에게 추천을 받고갔던건데 저는 추천하지 않을것 같아요."
