"Reception were very welcoming and shared information about the area. Check-in was swift. Parking was easy. Room was a good size with lots of wardrobe space and a safe was available. Shower over bath, needed a little tlc re blackening of the sealant - care needed in the shower as water can suddenly run very hot. Set times for booking in the restaurant - not a problem. The food was absolutely amazing in all aspects - presentation and so delicious - we made compliments to the chef each...

"This property is clearly not at its best during what we discovered only after we arrived as their "off-season." The restaurant was closed, even though we were told it would be open during the weekend. It was difficult to find anything fully open. Our thoughts about our stay were compounded by very cool, very wet, and very overcast weather conditions. We do not recommend visiting this area after mid-September!"

"We stayed here for one night. Parking was free outside hotel. We paid extra for a mountain view and it was totally worth it. We stayed in room 203. Huge room. High ceilings. Enclosed balcony with option to open doors to the outside. Table and chairs on balcony. The mountains are amazing. The room decor/colour had a Scandinavian feel with reindeer pillows. Soft towels. "I heard about this hotel last year while ending a backcountry hike on the GR 11 cross Pyrenees trail. This summer when I returned it lived up to the wonderful comments I overheard from passing hikers. The hotel is located in a beautiful part of Isaba. The breakfast was magnificent and the facilities well kept and comfortable. "
