"This was a great hotel! Staff was always available. The breakfast service was excellent because they prepared our table out on our room balcony. I felt like royalty. The hotel is also beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean and a nice size. I really enjoyed our stay. The parking was easy and it is in a great location to experience the heart of Vigan City. "

"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "The hotel lobby looked good but when we got to our rooms, there was musty smell even in the hallways. The rooms are dark and uncomfortable. The rooms had molds, there was no cable tv. Their pool and recreation area were non-operational, which was misleading since their website is outdated and didn't mention any of these information. "

"Our room is huge and so with the bathroom. Location is good and close to calle Crisologo. Staffs provided excellent service. Will book again if I will visit Vigan in the future."
