The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay. The building is dated, but the rooms and bathrooms have been updated, and it has all you need. "

Advised by reception later they needed to be advised if spa use was required so that it could be turned on by them . Suggest that sign be attached near outside switch to contact reception when spa has been turned off "

The main issueis that Depite repeated requests and promises to comply for an invoice I have yet to receive one. As a business traveller I need the invoice for records. Promises to email one to me have been unfilled. I requested an invoiceat check in, emailed a request and phoned the hotel directly. Each time given an acknowledgement it would be sent.
