"Very good value, almost new interior, lovely rooms and a great balcony (although could have been better with some chairs for the balcony). Would definitely stay here again as location was very central and loads of nice restaurants and bars on your doorstep in the San Salvario area."

"A perfect stay. Comfortable, elegant, lived in, laid back. Very welcoming, helpful staff. Delightful quiet green terrace on 2nd floor. Good breakfast in pleasant, spacious breakfast room. Carpeted floors and "no slam" doors as well as good sound insulation made for restful nights (as well as comfortable beds). Perfect location very near station without the attendant traffic. Easy walk to historic city centre. Eating and drinking places right by hotel, as is supermarket. "

"Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Hotel was worn looking, particularly in the hallways. Road noise was quite loud from our 1st floor room. "

"basically good but air conditioning inoperative with excuses about ambient temperature (the average daily maximum was around 75F and with the sun on the windows in the afternoon A/C was needed) the new control panel only operated to HEAT the room when the thermostat exceeded 80F! - for this reason I would not stay again from May to October- however gr8 brekky, not noisy despite having room on 1st floor looking on to street comfy bed and efficient shower. wonderful antique lift which worked...

"No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement. "
