"The safe didnt work, sink in the kitchen was leaking a lot, extremely noisy, no dishes or pots and pans. Broken window in the room. I could not close the window. On my last day of stay, the water was discouncted. I couldnt take shower, shave or flush the toilet. The staff did not care about any of the problems. Except she told me city was out of water, which i found out later that was not true. Their free breakfast made me sick on the first day, so i did not eat their breakfast again. I couldnt...

"The place was great! Super convenient, and they allowed me to check-in a bit early. The room was immaculate, but it showed a bit of age. The bed was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have slept on in Colombia. The curtains were amazing at blocking out the sun, and it is very sound proof. In the end, I highly recommend this place for the location, comfort, and price."
