"Great place to stay, not much for dining on a Monday - but their recomeneded Restarant was fantastic and walking distance of 10 minutes or so. No breakfast booked but the team there we very helpful indeed. Clean rooms with all the facilities you would need."

"MISLEADING PHOTOS!! We booked based on good reviews & management photos showing a garden & outdoor seating areas. Imagine our surprise to find this to be misleading compared to reality! At check-in, we were bombarded with cigarette smoke. The very old lady wasn't pleasant & spoke only Italian. Our room was the first from the lobby. We closed the adjoining door but there was more cigarette smoke,this time coming from the open door down the hall where there’s a tiny smoking area with seating. The...

"We were welcomed with a warm smile and a cool wine on a hot day. The staff were all very attentive. The property is a little off the main route for Munich to Venice walkers but the diversion is well rewarded. The food was great and the breakfast outstanding."

"Not expensive, you have all you need for a short stay, maybe because of shopping in outlet. Unfortunatelly there is no elevator or baby chairs. We saw only one staff person who does it all, the reception, the breakfast, the caffe...but is very polite. Hotel is in the centar of Noventa di piave which is nice too"

"Good: Beautiful modern room and bathroom with balcony. Very attentive and helpful staff. Big laundry Room with dryer. Good vibe! Not so good: room was dusty (NOT dirty). I just wipe surfaces off with toilet paper. Breakfast buffet was very basic. No soap vending machind in laundry room. Thanks to a nice guest who had to buy a big bottle of detergent at a nearby market because he couldn’t find anything smaller, then left the bottle there for others to use. Far from center (30 min by foot & train). 1twiyo"
