"We did not expect that the condition of the room is such. The room was not prepared for occupancy. The sink was not cleaned. The same with the bathroom with no toilet paper. The TV cannot be operated using the remote that we have to call the office for help. We are supposed to stay for 4 nights but has to checked out the next day because of the unfavorable condition.
