"This is a very nice semi-upscale hotel. Location is halfway between train/bus station and historic quarter, which was ideal for me since I arrived by train and it put both within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is large and varied. Room was spacious by European standards and quite comfortable. Sliding glass door separates bedroom from bathroom, which had a bidet and a both a shower and bath. Room had coffee maker, safe, mini fridge. I would stay here again."

"Lovely old property right on the walls of the Mezquita. Room was very clean, huge for a standard with a large sofa as well as a medium sized double (not a 6' wide but plenty big enough), bathroom very clean. Good breakfast buffet in basement. Took off one star as could not get the A/C to make any difference, room very hot. Luckily in February it was a minor annoyance, but because the windows open onto the covered patio could be terrible in summer! Staff very welcoming and storage for luggage...

"This hotel is beautiful, nicely situated and run by very friendly, and yet, professional staff. The ONLY reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars, and this is personal to me, is that the wall separating my room from my neighbour’s was quite thin, allowing noise to travel. Otherwise, this was a thoroughly lovely hotel. (Fortunately, my unknown neighbour was not a partier, etc, so I did still manage a good sleep.)"

"This place is ideally located: less than a one-minute walk to the famous Mazquita. You can enjoy beautiful streets, patios, and delicious food in the nearby areas, too. Their service was considerate, and the staff was communicative. The room we (two adults and two small kids) used was clean and comfortable. "

"Lovely gardens with water feature and pool. Our balcony gave us a terrific view out across Cordoba. The hotel is in the edge of the city but a ten minute taxi ride from the centre. It has a quiet relaxed feel. It has its own vegetable garden within the grounds, tennis courts in the grounds and a golf range and pitch and put course adjacent. "

"It’s a hostel, so things are not as luxurious as at a regular hotel. Indeed, I never saw any of the hostel staff. And we had a lot of confusion regarding check-in. However, once we checked in, the room was just fine for the price, and the location was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Note: there is NO parking anywhere nearby. Even driving to the hostel to drop off bags is difficult, since the streets are mostly 2-2.5m wide, and twisty. But if you arrive by mass...

"We were please with this property. It was true to the Marriott brand, and exactly what we expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A close walk to the train station, and good for a one night stay. There wasn't much in the area for dining or shopping, but it was a short walk into the town. The room was spacious and clean and really no complaints at all for this 4 start accommodation. "
