"If you arrive by car in the dark then its not easy to see the driveway to the Reception nor where you can actually park. You have to go in and ask! Very friendly and informative staff so first class in that respect. Room was fine and good enough but noisy smoking neighbours in next room on the adjoining balcony. Restaurant staff great. Usual disappointing menu but typical french fayre and they still dont know what a well done steak is! "

"There was a lack of staff, they were trying to cover both the bar/restaurant and the hotel reception desk. Every time we came to the desk we had to look around to find someone to help us. Otherwise, our room was the largest we have had. "
