"Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. "The hotel is a short ride from the train station. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very nice restaurant just downstairs from the room. Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereals, juices and other beverages. We were surprised that the "balcony" faced another building across a narrow alley. Bed was firm (which we like) but the pillows, although large, were way to soft. Despite these items, we would definitely stay here again. "

The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . "This hotel is definitely budget class but is very convenient for shopping and getting to the railway or us station. Tirano is great place to stay, but this hotel does not do much in food. Breakfast finishes at 9am and the hotel does not supply any facility in the rooms for making a hot drink. No fridge."
