We were asleep and were woken up by a group running up and down the stairs outside and screaming and laughing. We were then subjected to this for an hour. We tried to contact reception but no one was available. We eventually asked the group to quieten and were given abuse. They said it was their right to use it at any time. Door to jacuzzi location...

"the room did not have AC and the lights did not work. Also, the staff was always on the hustle to get you to dinner which was not worth the price. The room rate included breakfast but was not on the rack rate. A bit of scammers"
