"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up...

"The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "
