"The water from the tap tasted terrible and it was a yellow/brown colour. The kettle had mould in it before I saw the mould I boiled the kettle and suddenly smelt extremely bad and made the whole room smell disgusting."

"Good location. Stayed in loft on top floor - it was huge. A view of rooftops only. No balcony. Only drawback was the shower in a tub with a small glass door that didn't keep all the water in. Also, shower pressure and heat was sporadic. Don't give you coffee pucks on second day unless you pay for them."

"The property was very clean the rooms were immaculate, good size and high-quality. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation was top-notch. However but a very noisy area and the night shift staff was not good with communication and was very aggressive and angry he overcharged me with hotel prices even when he knew he was wrong "

"Overall the hotel was ok. Unfortunately the loud noise and doors banging from some guests (sport team or similar) which lasted until around 12am didn’t bother any of the hotel’s employee but we couldn’t sleep until 12am. And the sport team woke up around 5am which made us wake up the same time. The ventilation in the room we stayed in was off and the luck of fresh air made us open the window over night. The room was clean and modern, towels were clean but with a strong smell of vinegar....

"How can you call yourselves 3 stars? And you don't even have ice for guests? Also, you made it really difficult to order late nite food. I order a pizza then your staff is banging on my door blaming for letting people in to the hotel. You get an 3 out of 5 from me Simply because you're a bed was so phenomenal. The room was freezing and the heating doesn't work well and it doesn't go high enough for a comfortable setting for me. Emphasize the word for me. Each gust is different and hester own...
