"This is a good hotel that needs some plaster repairs and some serious improvement in their hours of service in their restaurant. Sometimes their restaurant was open for dinner, often not. Never for lunch. I believe that most of the time it was open for dinner was because a couple of kids sports teams were there and they were contracted to feed them. "The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Hotel in a good location. However, the room was the smallest room I have ever been in. Absolutely no room in the bathroom. They even had our towels on the bed. There was not room for 2 suitcases. Only one person could be walking around at a time. Very disappointing. And parking was a huge issue. "Please do not follow the location listed for this area. On Apple Maps look up “Villa Carlo resort” it shows “closed” not sure why but it’s the correct address . The one listed on the website takes you in the middle of no where please look it up yourself. When you arrive at gate call front desk they will open it for you. We went during ferregusto and they did not offer lunch ins but the breakfast is incredible and has everything you can think of and they can also cater in for you (room service)...
