"First, when you get to the place you get a huge hill which isnt really easy to get up, they would send someone to help you getting your car up. The place is really nice and quiet. A lot of mosquitoes since its basically a mountain, there is a -jungle- next to the area. Moving around isnt that easy but the staff is willing to help. Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza)...

Apparently, they were short of staff, so in order to enter the urbanization where the hotel is located, because there’s a gate, we had to wait for someone of the area who wanted to enter the urbanization to be able to enter with them. "This was a beautiful property when it comes to been in the clouds and as close to nature as possible. The wind is loud at nighttime and whistles through the house all night; making it difficult to sleep. I booked through Expedia and the owner said she did not receive my reservation.
