"This hotel looks rather old from the outside, the reception area is in a 80's style, but this impression stops there. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also very satisfactory. One of the best value for money I came accross in the last few years. I will definitely come back to this hotel when in the region."

"Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Breakfast, 9.5 euros, was outstanding. A large buffet of fresh choices. Excellent coffee. "Conveniently very close to the railway station and within 5 minutes of the middle of the town centre. The bicycle parking facility was helpful in my case. The room was basic but had everything I needed. My only slight issue was the TV not working and no facilities to make any drinks in the room. "We had a very nice stay , and we were upgraded to executive room which was lovely , unfortunately it looked out onto the main road which was being dug up and majorly overhauled and the noise from machinery until they stopped was rather loud . On one of the days they told us it was not possible to get a taxi but they would arrange us one ..... 15 minutes later a illegal taxi turned up arranged by the hotel staff.
