"All round excellent 3 star plus hotel and excellent restaurant"

"We keep saying we won't go there again but this time we mean it. It is very conveniently place on the edge of a large retail park. The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. "A lovely 3* hotel. Immaculately clean, well presented and with excellent service. The fit out of the rooms is new and well maintained; it is a little functional (rather than boutique), in keeping with many modern hotels, but is enhanced by lots of little touches of colour and style (paintings, bed runners, etc). The beds were very comfortable. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent (but if you want frog legs, you'll need to order those in advance!)"
