The evening meal was not so great but locally it was pretty and while not a lot was going on as it seemed devoid of people and places to drink or dine perhaps a little further afield was required not just walking distance. "Absolutely amazing evening meal, a gourmet delight. We had the 'plats' but several mid courses, amuse-bouches etc arrived too and everything was delicious. The room was small though and very little hot shower water in the morning (although tap water was hot). Breakfast was okay but not special."

"We arrived as a family of four. The hotel itself, buildings and grounds are well kept and looks recently updated. Our room was nice and met our needs well. My only issues were that the the food menu was limited and not suited to kids, we were also unable to get any refreshments in the day and after 9pm. There was also no milk in the room to accompany the coffee and tea. The hotel has two pools however the water in the outside pool looked mucky. Overall it was a nice hotel with grounds however...
