"The room smelt of cigarette smoke and it was obviously a know issues as the window had been open as the room temperature was the same as out side. Other than that the staff were amazing and made my visit a pleasure. Warm smiles and welcoming whenever I passed, Even before I informed them of my problem. "The meal choice was very limited but in December with only one other couple staying at the hotel this was hardly surprising. Communal areas and the bedroom need decorating and updating but the room was warm, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.
