"The staff received us relatively late at night. She was super pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and had everything needed. The bathroom was large, with a bathtub and all the amenities. The room was super silent. Our stay was perfect. Check-out was as smooth as pleasant as the reception. Two big pluses: close to everything (shopping, restaurants, monuments) and they have parking available. Superb quality/price rapport!"

"I had never stayed in an Ibis before and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and full of character. The restaurant had a nice selection and the food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable. The paint in the room could use a bit of a refresh but that is my only, very slight, criticism. "

The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. "The rooms are old and in need of an update. We only had nets at the window, no curtains to stop the morning light. One of the bedside lights was not working. The website advertised at evening restaurant, this is now no longer open."

"We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay."

"Good breakfast and friendly staff. Hotel has an underground garage for parking. I suggest you use it as parking around the hotel is limited. We were on a 5 day trip from Spain to the Netherlands and out of the 4 x hotels, this was by far the smallest bedroom that we had. It was comfortable but very small."
