"Appartement réservé avec 2 chambres, kitchenette et micro-ondes. a l'arrivée seulement 2 chambres sans kitchenette ni micro-ondes, gênant avec 2 enfants en bas âge. personnel a la réception assez froid, pas de solution sauf chauffer le biberon à la cafeteria et me louer un mini frigo (alors que c'était normalement inclus). We had no idea to expect that we'd drive a rough cobblestone road up the mountain to stay the night in a fairy tale castle, complete with a tower and a truly BREATHTAKING view of the countryside from our tall French windows which opened up to admit a fragrant breeze. "Notre réservation par Hotels.com n’avait pas été correctement enregistrée. Heureusement, il restait des chalets disponibles… dans la partie prévue pour les hôtes d’un jour, donc : stationnement loin du chalet. Pas de 4G (ni de wifi, of course). Piscine fermée 4 jours avant la date prévue. Par contre: accueil sympa, excellent couchage et chalet très propre."

Check in time however was wrong, for once we got to our hotel early and the owner had a note on the door asking guests to return at 5.30 so 2 hours to wait in a very small village rather than rest and refresh. Room lovely but a solid rather than see through door to the toilet would stop the light flooding the room if your partner goes to the loo."
