"One night there. Receptionist was good. A woman very nice. Also next morning the gentleman servicing breakfast too. The not so good is the swimming pool that room was not warm and water not so hot especially when outside was snowing. The dinner was the other thing. Food was good and portions were great but the maitre or waiter was not very helpful at all."

The accommodation we were in (1bed family/sleep6) was slightly smaller than the ones in the photos but ideal for 2 adults and 2 teenagers prepared to use a bunk bed in a room that was not technically a bedroom, probably due to it’s size, but worked well for us. "Staff very friendly, ski rentals shop within the hotel, ski in and out, room made up and cleaned daily, alot of multilingual staff, nice food on offer and parking available on site which was handy, a very enjoyable week skiing "

"Great property in a quaint French town. The staff was great and extremely helpful! Parking is a little way from the hotel, but not too bad. The hotel is a bit difficult to find (don’t use Google Maps), but people we very helpful. We would stay there again for sure!! "
