"Toilet was running every 15 seconds. Called for maintenance at 6pm, called again at 8pm because we were ready for bed and maintenance came right away and fixed it. We had a box of chocolates tied to our door the next day with an apology, so that was nice. We stay here every year, we LOVE Jackie, she is spectacular. So service is great, I would recommend people stay here especially if you have an event at the Convention Center, but the hotel needs an update, especially the beds. "

"I like the hotel looked like a big casino hotel and there was a restaurant/bar there. I didn’t get a chance to go swimming in the outside pool, but it looked nice. I didn’t like there was no continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly. One night while I was out, I found out the power went out the hotel for a little while. By the time I got back to the hotel, the lights was back on. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. I love the room at a microwave and a Mimi refrigerator....

"I really enjoyed this hotel! Staff was very friendly. Only issue was the bed wasn’t that soft and the people above us kept us up by stomping till early mornin hours! Other than that this is a very nice hotel!"
