"Services are very hospitality. The rooms are cleanness but the thermostat in the bedroom doesn't work. I tried to push the button to lower the cool 75 degrees, the hvac system doesn't work. Fix it in room 405. "

Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. "

"Staying in Hot Springs Village is always a treat. This was my 2nd time staying in the village but the 1st time staying at this particular house. It was easy to get checked into the village with the parking pass. This property is closer to the East Gate which does shut down late at night, but that was no problem for us. I stayed here with friends, and we were attending a sporting event nearby. We like to stay in a house so that we can cook our own meals. This property is a beautiful 3 bedroom...
