Could not shower due to the lack of hot water, informed staff about water blockage in shower and no response. I would. It recommend the place for anyone who’s over 5’10” on the first floor and 3’ on the second floor. My daughter hit her head in the ceiling and had a concussion. We have to cut our trip short and return to the US. "
