"This hotel is a high value stay in Sitges. It is very comfortable, well-maintained and clean, if not slightly dated, and right in the center of the town. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The large buffet breakfast, included in the room price, was quite good and we looked forward to it daily. Free espresso machines in the lobbies, a nice pool deck, and a very pleasing layout to the larger rooms in the annex made this a hotel we recommend."

"Came the 5th may Had my 5 year old Daughter very safe for her but the POOLS were FREEZING did not want to spend a lot of time in the pool at this time of year which is a shame cause all a child wants to do is play about in a pool Also didn’t think there was a lot going on for kiddies through the day no kinda Kids club "

"The receptionist was impressively professional and helpful. She spoke Russian to the Russian guest ahead of us, then smoothly switched to English for us, the Spanish for the next. Check in was easy, the room was nice, and our stay was wonderful."

"Stayed in a spacious and quiet room on 7th floor. Hotel is around a 30 minute walk from the old town/coast. Had to request more tea/coffee from reception during my stay, as it was not replenished automatically, but once I asked it arrived within 10 minutes."

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic,...

"I was only there for one night just passing thru with my family and arrived after dark. It would not be fair to rate the place, but it seems like a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Easy directions and welcoming. The only downside was that we had to leave the car by the front office overnight instead of next to the cabin in a secure area because the gates don’t function between midnight and 7:00 and we had an early departure. No problem. They have security around the place. "

Better than a 3 star hotel. Highly recommended.

Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. Thank you and best wishes for everything. "
