"Nice property. Everything was great except the shortage of dining options. There is only one restaurant for a huge facility. They wouldn’t take a reservation. When we got to the restaurant there was an hour and a half wait. Unacceptable and frustrating. "

"First unit was unlocked and filthy, never cleaned from person before. Second unit had no television in one of the rooms, the ones that did have televisions we could only watch one channel because the remotes did not work and they didn’t have extras or could program the extras. The lights going downstairs were out, the bottle drawer of oven was broken…. Spiders were all over common areas webs in the windows….. numerous hair found within the bed. Started itching…. All those who stayed in unit now...

"The property canceled my reservation after they sent a check in confirmation about 24 hours prior to my arrival. Needless to say once I received the check in details I did not look for additional communication from the property. When confirming the address at 11 PM on the day of check in I came across the cancellation.
