Im Vergleich zur Ausstattung und Service konnte der Restaurantbesuch mit dem angebotenen Abendmenü und dem Frühstücksbuffet nicht überzeugen. Viele Speisen fast kalt, oder nicht rechtzeitig nachgereicht, vergleichsweise wenig Auswahl, fehlendes Besteck, Servietten ect. Hier gibt es noch reichlich Luft nach oben. Schade, für ein...

"Not a good experience. Lots of attitude at the front desk. Asked to use a seperate card to pay - this I was told was ok. But when I went to pay was told it was already taken from wrong account. No resolution available. Front desk changed when they realized I booked with hotels.com/expedia. Also I asked for another pillow - it never areived "
