"This hotel is one we've been to 3 times now. I have a bit of a mixed review. The room was lovely, clean, good quality towels/bedding and very comfortable. We felt a little bit cold despite the radiator being on 5, so I asked the lovely lady on morning reception for some extra blankets. She said she'd get on to this. "Great centrally located inn. Comfortable bed (quite firm mattress - that’s what I like), clean room, kettle with a good amount of teas and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t eat, but seems to be a quite popular restaurant. Bathroom had a tub which was a nice surprise - water controls are a bit strange and take a while to figure out hot water, but then there was plenty. I would recommend it if you are visiting Ely. "
