"Great location, great communication, before and during, in French and English. Clean rooms with comfy beds and quiet too. Short walk to the centre and a great base for exploring Bergerac. "

"It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented. Some staff lacked grooming."

"A lovely place and enjoyed the tour of the chateux cave and the wine tasting. The dinner at the restaurant was also very good. Not a lot close by so you need a car to move around."
