The viewpoint on the top floor where you can sip your wine or coffee while enjoying the views of the city or sea is extraordinary. The service is amazing and they went out of the way to always ensure that we had something to eat if we were leaving before the breakfast timing. Hector & Rodrigo even helped us track down a phone we had misplaced while taking a Uber and Josefina ensured we were taken care of post check-in. Hard to match that selfless service with warmth. "

"The hotel simply needs renovation. Especially the toilets, cause the showerig cabin was in pretty bad shape. Additionaly, to get to the only electrical socket in the room i had to shift the table. Still, it ws pretty clean and the staff was friendly. "
