"It hurts a bit to have to pay 115€ for a 3-star hotel that looks like we're back in the 90'ies... On top of that, there was no hot water... Honestly, this hotel should cost max. 50-60€ per night, but they understand it's "tourist season", so they're ripping people off. Staff and breakfast were great."

"The location of this hotel is magical. The private beach is beautiful and idyllic, and everything at the hotel is oriented towards the extremely beautiful sea. If you want to swim and relax in peace, this is the place for you. Walls are thin so earplugs are good for sensitive sleepers. "

"We booked this room online in a rush and never expected such a beautiful property and nice staff. It was a perfect stay. The rooms are not luxury by the USA standards but totally adequate and very clean. The view and private balcony was unique. We chose to have their set menu for diner both nights. Food was great and they made changes to accommodate our dietary choices. "

"The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend.
