"This hotel is excellent. The situation is perfect, the atmosphere is calm and charming and the pool is very nice and well maintained; water was always clean. In addition the breakfast was very good and the room was spacious. Eila, Finland"

"We enjoyed our stay at Vertientes. The place is nice, family friendly, and in a good location. The only thing is that they moved us from our original room to another after the first day, saying that they were going to work on the electrical system. Didn't they know that when they booked us there originally? But we wouldn't let this keep us from re-booking there again if the opportunity ever arises."

"Negative: the room has no air conditioning, no tv, no WiFi. The bed sheets and towels all have (yellow) stains - we got them replaced and the new also had stains. Contacted Expedia who said they would try and get us a refund as they’d already sent the money, but they wouldn't give us a refund. THEY ARE THIEVES! VERY DODGEY!!"
